JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for the new product introduction life cycle, from quoting to the
completion of the first article.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Review solicitation of work by studying blue prints, models, clauses, and technical specifications that are provided by the customer
• Respond to solicitation of work by analyzing capability
• Perform risk assessment
• Generate / solicit quote requests for material and sub contract operations
• Complete and submit cost estimates using Kencoa ERP system or customer provided tool
• Review long term contracts for accuracy and capability
• Develop process plans to manufacture new product
• Initiate the induction of new suppliers as required
• Schedule and monitor first article production, and ensure on time completion / customer shipment
• Analyze performance to plan and make adjustments as required (cost, quality, and time)
• Coordinate resources as required to support new product introduction and function as central point of contact
• Manage customer issues
• Provide training for new team members

The CNC Operator is a skilled position responsible for operation of CNC machines for the fabrication of detail parts with 1st time quality and delivery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Load parts and run machine
• Check parts to engineering data and verify product conformity
• Keep track of all parts run and accurately record time/qty in the ERP system
• Notify Lead of any machine malfunctions (maintenance or program related)
• Perform benchtop deburr and blending of parts to customer specifications

JOB SUMMARY
The Router Operator is responsible for loading program, set-up and operation of machine, measuring of parts, and basic maintenance of machine.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Load programs, set-up and operate machine (basic computer knowledge required)
- Perform daily maintenance on machine and check off maintenance log
- Locate program on the public folder and verify tools in program
- Basic knowledge of tooling, function of tooling, loading tooling into proper holder, and loading tooling into machine
- Locating proper material required per job and placing material onto machine in order to run program per programmers instructions
- Complete job as instructed and verify parts are compliant to customer supplied data and move job onto next step in completing parts
- Communicating with other departments to maintain flow of jobs and produce a satisfactory product
- Able to multitask while maintaining focus on safety and quality
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge and understanding of:
- Basic math and converting decimals into fractions or fractions into decimals
- How to read a drill and tap chart
- Basic hand tools such as:
