JOB TITLE: CNC PROGRAMMER Reports To: Programming Lead Classification: Hourly Department: PROGRAMMING Pay Scale: $20 – $30 /hr |
JOB SUMMARY
The CNC Programmer is responsible for generating CNC programs, assisting in job setup, program prove out, and assisting in the manufacturing of complex aerospace components and assemblies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Understand process plan including all customer supplied information, both written and digital
- Responsible for taking product from start to finish including machining, forming, and assembly
- Design fixtures and tooling for machining centers and assembly
- Select all standard and custom tooling required
- Able to read, edit, and optimize G-code programs for machining efficiency
- Produce documentation for machine operators to set-up and machine quality parts both safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain the flow of products throughout the manufacturing process
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and cost
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Program 3, 4, 5 axis machining centers, 4 axis lathe, waterjet, and router
- Proficient in using Mastercam for both solid modeling and programming
- Experience in high speed machining strategies for aluminum, stainless, titanium, and HSRA
- Ability to communicate technical information to machine operators
- GD&T and CATIA V5 a plus
- Working knowledge of sheet metal forming, both hydro-form and press brake.
- Be accountable for required assignments; time management; successful completion of assigned work and reports.
- Work well with personnel from other departments, i.e., Manufacturing, Production, Purchasing, etc.
- Maintain a positive attitude in representation of the Company and its products
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Machine Tool Technology Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CNC machining and operation
- Experience with 4 & 5 axis milling and multi axis lathes is preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Primary office environment 70%
- Secondary work in manufacturing environment with some exposure to heat, cold, and noise conditions 30%

JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining and overseeing all aspects of the employment process, including recruitment, onboarding new employees and performance management as well as the termination or resignation process. The HR manager is in charge of keeping Employee Training Records up to date. The HR Manager also processes payroll bi-weekly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage and maintain employee time-keeping on a daily basis
- Process Payroll in Paychex Bi-weekly.
- Receive resumes/job applications, set up Interviews, prepare interview packets for Interview Team.
- Make calls for job offers and rejections.
- Prepare Hiring packets including Drug Test authorization and Job Offer Letter.
- Order / receive background checks for new employees.
- Processing all aspects of New Hires including but not limited to: personnel folders, entering into Paychex, complete all items on the In-Process Checklist, I-9 documentation, process through E-Verify, Job Descriptions, Personnel Induction Form, entering in Georgia New Hire Website, Epicor, etc.
- Handle disciplinary paperwork for personnel file.
- Maintain Employee Training Records.
- Maintain all aspects and administration of 401K Plan and filing annual 5500 for IRS.
- Prepare and submit annual Worker’s Comp Audits.
- Completing and filing Annual Sales & Use Tax with State of Georgia.
- Process and maintain court ordered Child Support Orders, Chapter 13 Orders, Garnishment Orders and Medical Support Orders.
- Process all paperwork in regard to Resignations and Terminations including Separation Notices and completing the Out-Process List. Also retaining records according to DOL guidelines.
- Handle Unemployment Claims from the Department of Labor.
- Manage employee birthdays (monthly flyers, preparing birthday cards)
- Manage Employee Service Awards including creating certificates, ordering plaques and getting bonus money from the Finance Manager.
- Order Office Supplies, including paper and toner cartridges.
- Keep Affirmative Action Spreadsheet Information spreadsheet up to date and submit in August of each year.
- File Annual EEO-1 and VETS 4212.
- Assist with Financial Audits and Quality Audits.
- Process and email AR invoices daily.
- Manage and Maintain Medical Insurance Records.
- Maintain all things related to Employee Records.
- Other Office/HR Tasks as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge and experience of HR policies and procedures a plus
