Mr. Charbonneau’s career spans two decades as a veteran strategic Sales Engineer, Aerospace and Automotive Strategist and Tactician.
From the late 1990’s to 2006, a Robotic and Industrial Automation Sales Engineer for the Jokab Safety Division of ABB Robotics, During 2002, as part of the Strategic Safety Sales Engineering Team that serviced the Ford Plants in the midwest, Jokab Safety Division ABB received the President’s Award from Ford Motor Company and newly upcoming Aerospace companies that were beginning to utilize automation for the production of aircraft parts.
From 2006 to 2008, Francis Charbonneau was part of a larger Industrial Automation and international Strategic Sales Engineering Team at Omron Electronics of Japan and Schaumburg, IL. Omron Electronics provides the industrial plant engineering bus systems that control all aspects of production, safety, and monitoring within plants.
From 2008 to 2010, Francis assisted with the growth of Jay Enn Corporation tooling in Sterling Heights from automotive to aerospace Jay Enn Corporation provided all types of tooling to assist with the assembly, inspection and drilling-countersinking of the composite skinning of the F-35 Lightning Joint Strike Fighter, NASA, and the Quebec Aerospace Industry. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Charbonneau independently assisted, coached and prepared suppliers in the USA and Canada for Aerospace Platforms both commercial and military.
Mr. Charbonneau currently has a B.A. in History and an MBA in International Business/Marketing/Finance both from Wayne State University, and has completed coursework for two additional Bachelors Degrees in French and Physics from the University of Michigan with a 4.00 aggregate Honor Point Average. Mr. Charbonneau was accepted in the Golden Key International Honor Society in 2013.
