Customer Service Representative

  • Perform Contract Review (Purchase Order validation)
  • Order acknowledgement / acceptance using customer portal
  • Order entry and maintenance within Kencoa ERP system
  • Create weekly spreadsheets to status and prioritize customer orders
  • Initiate job release for Planners and Project Managers
  • Provide customer update at least weekly via customer portal or other method as required
  • Initiate shipments based on customer requirements
  • Knowledge of the functionality of ERP/MRP systems
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Data Entry
  • Good communication skills
  • Written communication skills including typing, proofreading, e-mail and fax communication
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Pay Range (based on previous experience): $13 – $18 per hour + benefits

Project Manager

  • Review solicitation of work by studying blue prints, models, clauses, and technical specifications that are provided by the customer
  • Respond to solicitation of work by analyzing capability
  • Perform risk assessment
  • Generate / solicit quote requests for material and sub contract operations
  • Complete and submit cost estimates using Kencoa ERP system or customer provided tool
  • Review long term contracts for accuracy and capability
  • Develop process plans to manufacture new product
  • Initiate the induction of new suppliers as required
  • Schedule and monitor first article production, and ensure on time completion /customer shipment
  • Analyze performance to plan and make adjustments as required (cost, quality, and time)
  • Coordinate resources as required to support new product introduction and function as a central point of contact
  • Manage customer issues
  • Provide training for new team members
  • Knowledge of machining and sheet metal production
  • Proficient in blue print reading
  • Able to interpret documents such as specifications, procedures, and contracts
  • Math skills
  • Able to prioritize numerous tasks and projects to meet required deadlines
  • Able to problem solve and provide contingency plans
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of the functionality of ERP/MRP systems
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Programs, ERP system, and applications for viewing prints and models (CATIA)
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Written communication skills including typing, proofreading, e-mail and fax communication
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of experience as a Planner and/or Estimator
  • Some Project Management experience or training
  • Pay Range (based on previous experience): $20 – $30 per hour + benefits

Deburr Technician

  • Using ERP system to log labor activity and part accountability
  • Cleaning metals with various chemicals to remove ink markings
  • Removing burrs with pneumatic sanders, hand tools, and sanding pads
  • Surface finish prep with scotch brite hand pads
  • Performing in process inspections using dial calipers, tape measure, height gage, etc.
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail
  • Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and basic GD&T
  • Must be able to lift minimum of 40 lbs.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Pay Range (based on previous experience): $10 – $15 per hour + benefits
